The Mindfulness Service will take place on the 4th Sunday of every month. 7pm for 7.15pm start.
Refreshments available on arrival.
Christian mindfulness services allow us to carve out time from our busy schedules and help us to connect with God in a calm and relaxed environment.
Each session will have its own flavour but all will have a peaceful space for you to unwind and be given opportunity to release anything that hinders you, be it anxiety or stressful feelings.
Christian Mindfulness is unique in that you will be able to not only become aware of what you carry and be able to acknowledge that but to have the freedom to exchange any negativity with the One who is Peace, Father God. Each session will create a place of peace in His presence and will assist you into an encounter with God, in a very gentle way.
